A missed Bus makes an Awesome Day...

This had to be one of the nicest beaches ever, these kids are used to Wollongong surf which is pretty rough (lotsa big waves) and SHARKS!lol, but this beach was so mellow, perfect for swimming on a hot day! lol the kids also thought it was funny that we travelled so far and ended up on another beach!!!

We Went on a trip on Sunday! We planned on making a trip to the Blue Mountains to do some bushwalking but a missed bus caused us to change our plans along the way and we ended up at Watsons Bay on the other side of Sydney!! We probably had one of the best days EVER!! With 5 perfectly behaved kids and gorgeous Aussie weather i dont think it would have mattered to much where we ended up, but it just so happened that we ended up in one of the most beautiful places in the world!! I got to take some great photos!!!!

I don't know if Aaron or Jess took this but i found it on the mem card and something about this really appealed to me, i am just learning about photo's and the millions of effects you can use, i don't think the housework is ever gonna get done again!!

Ok, so its Christmas holidays and its Summer and i have 2 kids and we live next to a lake and very close to the beach so i guess you can imagine what we have been doing alot of huh, well, i don't think I will be swimming anywhere except for swimmiming pools for a while now cause there has been 5 shark attacks in about a week!!!! lol, the girls don't care, all they want to do is be in the water!! kids huh!

I have so many photos from over the holidays and the girls end of school year, i hardly know where to start!!! I found this really cute kit at Shabby Pickle Designs by Jofia Devoe and its just perfect for my beachy pics!

Welll 3 weeks of swimming at our local beach came to a sudden end yesterday cause a man got bitten by a SHARK!! I am a bit freaked out cause it was right where me and the kids and Jess and Arron have been swimming!! I think we will just stick to th lake from now on....lol
